The Triplett TMP10 Pocket Thermometer has a 2.9” (73mm) food grade stainless steel probe for measuring the temperature of air, liquids and semi-solids. It has a temperature range of -58 to 572°F (-50 to 300°C) with 0.1°F/°C resolution and an accuracy of ±1.8°F /1°C.
