The ATTINY84A-SSUR is an 8-bit AVR RISC microcontroller manufactured by MICROCHIP TECH. It features 8KB of Flash memory for program storage, 512 bytes of SRAM for temporary data storage, and 512 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile data storage. This MCU operates at a frequency of 20MHz and can be powered by 2.5V, 3.3V, or 5V supply voltages. With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, it is suitable for various applications.
