Lumex IC Embedded RGB Surface Mount LED

The SMD-LX0707RGB-TR is an RGB LED with an on-chip driver that allows 256 intensity variations per color. This gives you the ability to choose from a palette of 16,777,216 colors. The 4 pn SMD chip uses a single data input pin, data output pin, Vdd and ground. The data output pin allows a single data stream to control up to 1024 seperate SMD-LX0707RGB-TR LED chips.

  • On chip 8 bit PWM driver per color eliminates the need for external driver circuitry
  • Only 5mA drive current per color
  • 1.8mm x 1.8mm x 0.65mm surface mount chip
  • Sample code provided by Lumex makes the manipulating of the embedded driver IC easy
  • A single data input pin can control up to 1024, SMD-LX0707RGB-TR LED's
  • Tape and Reel for automated PCB placement.
